We Monitor utility account of landlords to keep a track of consumption of resources such as Electricity, Gas & Water on daily basis so that we can identify & rectify excess consumption issues on real time basis such as finding out leaks, issuing letters & intimating tenants about ideal usage policies.
2. We have various parameters to identify ideal resource usage such as household size, resources consumed in buildings similar to the subject building & likewise.
